If something arrives and it isn't right — the fit, the feel, the moment — write to us within 30 days and we'll sort it out. No paragraphs to fill in, no proof to mail in first.
The simple version
- 30 days from delivery. Unworn, unwashed, in original condition.
- Exchanges are free in the US for apparel size swaps. We'll cover return shipping.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo — we'll replace it without asking you to ship anything back.
A small note
Personalized items and final-sale prints can't be returned, but if something went wrong on our end we'll always make it right.
